What materials do you use?

Unless otherwise specified, items are printed in PLA (Polylactic Acid) for its excellent visual finish, vibrant colors, and eco-friendliness. When strength is critical, we may use other materials such as PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) or ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). If such materials are used, they will be detailed in the description of that given product. Sometimes we will use what is called "exotic materials," such as ABS-GF (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene-Glass Fiber), or PETG-CF (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Carbon Fiber). These specialty materials are to be handled differently; any and all information regarding the health & safety of previously mentioned materials, or any others we may use, will be detailed in the descriptions on a product-by-product basis. Where are you based?

We’re based in rural Wisconsin, designing and producing everything right here with purpose and care.
How long does it take to ship?

Items are generally made to order. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on print complexity and volume. You'll receive tracking info once it’s out the door. It may take longer if we are lacking colors. If we are missing the color you ordered, we will notify you about the delay and give you the option to switch colors if the delay is unacceptable.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom-made nature of 3D prints, we do not accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or defective, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
Can I choose the color of my item?

Most of our listings support color customization. If you don’t see what you need in the product page, just leave a note or send us a message — we’ll do our best to match your request.
What exactly do we sell?

We sell a variety of items, mostly consisting of 3D printed objects/fidgets, although there are projects in the works that dip into small electronics & tech.
Can I request custom objects?
