Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via USPS using the most cost-effective service for your item. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise specified. Delivery times vary based on the order size, and your location, typically ranging from 3 to 5 business days within the U.S. We only ship in the US as of now; no international.

Each package is securely packed using protective materials to ensure safe arrival. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

If you qualify and select Local Delivery, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a direct drop-off.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our business and production method, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All items are made to order with great care, and we stand by the quality of our work.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will happily send a replacement at no additional cost.
